We, Kiddiecare Kindergarten, recognise and welcome all legislation and existing codes of practice produced by the appropriate commissions for the promotion of equal opportunities for all.
We aim to ensure that individuals are recruited, selected, trained and promoted on the basis of occupational skill requirements. In this respect, we will ensure that no job applicant or employee will receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of age, gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, cultural or national origin or sexuality, which cannot be justified as being necessary for the safe and effective performance of the work or training for the work.
This policy is brought to the attention of every employee and applicant and user.
Our current staff are a warm and friendly team. Most of the current staff have been working together for five years or more.
All staff have families of their own and therefore work part time hours. We organise our staff so that your child has a consistent ‘key worker’ so that your child can develop a caring relationship. The well being of all children joining Kiddiecare is our primary concern.
Members of staff attend training courses relating to nursery matters when ever possible. We do have training information for parents / carers on our notice board
