Uncollected Children

If a children have not been collected at the end of their usual session, we will endeavour to contact their emergency contacts while at the same time, reassuring the children. We will continue this process for 30 minutes. If the situation has not changed, local authorities, Ofsted and if necessary relief staff will be called.
